KAYFABE UNIVERSITY | Rod Palmer & Richard Greaser

— Kayfabe—the concept that modern life, especially online, is performative theater where everyone knows the rules are scripted but plays along anyway.

— Role of social media algorithms and fake engagement (bots, inflated follower counts) in manufacturing reality and controlling narratives.

— How clinical psychopaths and sociopaths use kayfabe as a survival mechanism to retain power and exploit others across institutions.

— Generational differences in kayfabe adoption: millennials reactionary, Gen Z proactive and monetizing suffering before it happens.

— Authenticity as a superpower in an environment where everything is fake; small, engaged audiences outperform massive bot-filled followings.

— Communist kayfabe in the West: how ideology spreads through university professors and NGOs without real stakes until policies materialize with real consequences.

— Curate trustworthy group chats and follow credentialed journalists who avoid algorithmic optimization; study people's reactions to headlines rather than the headlines themselves to identify what's being sold to you.

— Turn off your phone and live offline to avoid kayfabe's worst consequences; being authentic and unapologetic becomes leverage in a world of universal performance.

— Recognize that younger generations (Gen Z) are far more sophisticated at controlling narrative timing and monetization; don't dismiss them, learn from their structural approach to media.
